HOOP DREAMS: BARUNGA

Hoop Dreams in the NT Barunga is now complete, presented to the community at the 2024 Barunga Festival. The House of Darwin Foundation is stoked to see the community enjoying their new court!

Basketball courts serve as a focal hub for health, dance, and overall well-being in numerous Northern Territory communities. Enhancing a basketball court with a mural created through community collaboration will promote positive health and well-being outcomes for people who get to use these spaces.
