Taking skating off the beaten track

House of Darwin joined Build Up Skateboarding and PASS~PORT on a trip to the Tiwi Islands and Warruwi to host a series of skate workshops.

Jack O’Grady, Callum Paull, and Dean Palmer set the stage, and gave the communities the encouragement to learn how to skate. Skills that go beyond the board, and into life. House of Darwin were honoured to witness first hand the work Build Up Skateboarding does across the Northern Territory, engaging remote communities, and breaking down barriers along the way.

House of Darwin captured the moment. Check it out.
