HOD Gallery - 2/20 Knuckey Street
House of Darwin Gallery
Since day one, art has been part of the House of Darwin story.
From the artists we've collaborated with, to the communities we've worked alongside, creativity has always been at the heart of what we do.
Next month, we're taking the next step.
We're opening the House of Darwin Gallery at 2/20 Knuckey Street in the heart of Darwin City.
A space dedicated to showcasing artists, stories and culture from the Northern Territory and beyond.
We've always believed Territory stories deserve a global stage.
Now we're creating one.
In 2027, House of Darwin will take our gallery program on the road, with pop-up exhibitions planned for Tokyo, Los Angeles and New York, connecting artists from the Top End with audiences around the world.
Applications are now open for artists interested in exhibiting with House of Darwin in 2027, both in Darwin and internationally.
To launch the gallery, we're proud to present local Darwin legend Wayne Miles and his exhibition:
"U Want To Be A Cowboy?"
A celebration of the Northern Territory's rich cowboy culture, paying tribute to the stockmen, stations, horses and characters that helped shape the Territory we know today.
