Returns
You are welcome to lodge a return request within 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition – unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached.
Return shipping costs are at the customers expense. If you fail to pick up your parcel from your local post office and it is returned to us, we will repost it back to you at your expense.
House of Darwin will only accept returns for purchases made on www.houseofdarwin.com
For item/s purchased from our stockists, please return directly to the stockist.
You may submit a return request via your customer account, or by emailing us at info@houseofdarwin.com.
For exchanges, please submit your return request and email us with your new item preferences at info@houseofdarwin.com
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
Sign in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Request return".
Once your return request is received accepted, you will receive and email with shipping instructions.
